Shaheen Developers provides professional services including but not limited to:

- Maintenance and Technical Support
All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, proposal, or written communication.
2. Project Agreement
Before starting any project, the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon in writing (via email, proposal, or contract).
Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing structure.
- We may require an advance deposit before starting work.
- Remaining balance must be paid before final project delivery or deployment.
Payment Processing
We accept international payments through secure third-party payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store full credit or debit card information.
Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered work.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
- Provide timely feedback and approvals.
- Supply required content, images, and credentials when necessary.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final delivered project, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shaheen Developers shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Third-party service failures (hosting, payment processors, APIs)
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made as agreed
- The client engages in unlawful or abusive conduct
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
